NETUM offers worldwide shipping from warehouses in China, the U.S., and Europe. Large items typically ship from our China warehouse unless otherwise requested. Contact us before ordering for special arrangements. Whenever possible, orders ship from the warehouse closest to your destination.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, picking, and packing.
  • Peak Seasons/Promotions: During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays) or major sales, processing may take 3–5 business days. We will notify you of delays via website announcements.
  • Order Verification: For security purposes, select orders (e.g., high-value or first-time purchases) may require additional verification.

The carrier is selected based on shipping method, destination, and cost efficiency. Specific carriers cannot be chosen at checkout, but we ensure reliable service.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number and link via email once your order ships.
  • Track your package in real-time using 17TRACK.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to activate in the carrier’s system.
  • If tracking shows "awaiting carrier pickup," note that third-party logistics may be transporting your package locally before handover. Updates will appear once the local carrier receives it.

Delivery Addresses

  • Accuracy is critical: Provide complete, accurate addresses (including unit/apt numbers, company names). We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
  • Address verification: Our checkout system validates addresses. Confirm the standardized suggestion matches your intended address.
  • Address changes: Requests made after shipment (typically 2–3 days post-order) cannot be guaranteed. Contact marketing@gzxlscan.com immediately. Failed changes/returns due to address errors may incur reshipment fees or refund deductions (original shipping costs).

Delivery Issues

  • Delays: While uncommon, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your package is >5 business days late:
    Check tracking status.
    Contact support if updates stall or seem abnormal.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    If marked "delivered" but not received: Check nearby areas, ask neighbors, or contact building management.
    If tracking halts beyond estimated timelines or damage occurs: Email marketing@gzxlscan.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and evidence (e.g., photos). We will assist with carrier claims and resolve the issue (reshipment/refund).
    Note: Carrier investigations may take several weeks.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Carriers will leave a pickup notice if delivery fails (e.g., no one home, inaccessible address). Follow instructions to retrieve your package or schedule redelivery. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and we will contact you for reshipment (shipping fees apply) or a refund (minus original shipping costs).

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, recipient refusal, failed deliveries, or unpaid duties:

  • If undamaged, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (new shipping fees apply).
  • If reshipment is declined, we will refund the order minus original shipping and processing fees.
  • We are not liable for loss/damage during return transit.
