1. Introduction
NETUM(本サイト全体において「we」「us」「our」はNETUMを指します)は、当社のグローバルECプラットフォームで販売される製品の品質を保証します。本保証ポリシーは、お客様の権利および当社の義務を示すものであり、米国のMagnuson-Moss Warranty Act、EU消費者権利指令(2011/83/EU)およびその他の関連地域の規制を含む主要な消費者保護法に準拠するように設計されています。

2. Warranty Coverage & Duration

  • Standard Warranty:We provide a12-month (1-year) limited warrantyagainst defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase for customers worldwide.
  • Extended EU/EEA/UK Requirement:In compliance with EU/EEA/UK law, consumers in these regions automatically receive aminimum 24-month (2-year) warrantyfor defects present at the time of delivery. This is your statutory right.
  • Commercial/B2B Purchases:Warranty for business customers is12 monthsglobally unless a separate commercial agreement specifies otherwise.

3. Who is Covered?
This warranty extends to theoriginal purchaserof the Product from NETUM or an authorized reseller. Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

4. What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty coversdefects in materials or workmanshipunder normal use and service conditions during the warranty period.

5. What is NOT Covered?
This warrantydoes not cover:

  • 事故、誤用、虐待、放置、不適切な設置、製品仕様外での使用による損害。
  • 火災、洪水、落雷、電圧サージその他の外的原因による損害。
  • 機能に影響を与えない化粧的損傷(キズ、へこみなど)。
  • 通常の摩耗。
  • 無許可の改造、修理、または非純正部品/アクセサリの使用による損害。
  • 消耗品(バッテリー、ケーブル等。ただし到着時に欠陥がある場合を除く)。
  • ハードウェアに内在しないソフトウェアの問題(別個のソフトウェアライセンス/更新で対応)。
  • 正規販売店以外から購入された製品。
  • 有効な購入証明書のない製品。

6. Your Remedies Under Warranty
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, We will, at Our sole option and subject to applicable law:

Repairthe Product using new or refurbished parts.

Replacethe Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or similar functionality.

Refundthe purchase price (or a proportional part thereof, depending on usage and local law requirements).

Important EU/EEA/UK Compliance Note:During the first12 monthsof the EU's 24-month warranty period,We bear the burden of proof. If the product becomes defective within this first year, it is presumed the defect existed at delivery unless We can prove otherwise. After the first 12 months, the consumer may need to prove the defect existed at delivery, in accordance with national law.

7. How to Obtain Warranty Service

Contact Support: Initiate a Return our Customer Support team at support@gzxlscan.com. product details, and a clear description of the defect.

Return Product:製品を安全に梱包してください(できれば元の梱包材をご利用ください)。追跡可能な配送方法の使用を強く推奨します。

Evaluation & Resolution:製品到着後、当社が製品を検査します。保証の対象であれば、修理、交換、または返金のいずれかの対応を行います。交換品は新品またはリファービッシュ品となる場合があります。返金は元の支払方法に対して行われます。

Return of Replaced/Repaired Product:修理または交換した製品の返送料は当社が負担します。

8. Warranty Transfer (Limited)
This warranty may be transferable to subsequent ownerswithin the original warranty periodonly if required by local law (e.g., some US states). Proof of original purchase and transfer documentation may be required. The warranty duration does not restart upon transfer.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of China,without regard to its conflict of laws principles. However, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country or state of residence will apply.

11. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update this Warranty Policy. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Material changes will not apply retroactively to Products purchased before the revision date.
