Connect the NETUM Barcode Scanner Base

NT-1900 / NT-1950 / NT-1202 / NT-1202W / NT-1203L / NT-1205BT / RD2023 / RD2023 PRO / DS2800 / DS7500 / DS8100 / DS8500

Some users may find that their barcode scanner becomes disconnected from the base, often after switching to Bluetooth mode or for other reasons, and are unsure how to reconnect it.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to reconnect your scanner to its base.
(These bases use a 2.4G frequency for data transmission, so the setup process is similar to pairing the scanner with a dongle. If the following steps do not work, please reset your barcode scanner to factory settings and try again.)

Step 1

Connect the base to your device using the USB interface.

Step 2

Scan the “2.4G Transmission Mode” barcode.
