NETUM Barcode Scanner Dongle Connection Settings

Note:
This guide applies to all NETUM barcode scanners that support 2.4G wireless data transmission and require a NETUM-provided USB dongle.
Many users experience disconnection between the barcode scanner and the dongle—often after switching the scanner to Bluetooth mode or due to other reasons—and are unsure how to reconnect them.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for re-establishing the connection.
(If the following steps do not work, please reset the barcode scanner to factory settings before trying again.)
Step 1
Scan the “2.4G Transmission Mode” barcode.

Step 2
Immediately scan the “Dongle Pairing” barcode.

After scanning successfully, the scanner will emit a continuous, rhythmic series of “beep-beep-beep” sounds.
Step 3
While you hear the beeping sound, insert the dongle into the receiving device.
Once the beeping stops, the connection has been successfully established.
